Racing Rule Change

A racing rule change was proposed at the AGM, to clarify the genoa tack position measurement and to add a requirement for a black band at the measured point.
The proposal was put forward by Ray Rouse and is included below for convenience.
The vote was split into 2 parts:
(i) Clarifying the definition of how to measure the lower limit of the tack
(ii) Requirement for racing boats to display a back band at the measured point.
Both votes were carried and will be detailed in the AGM minutes when they are available.
The measurer will revise the racing rules once the minutes are available.
