The Annual General Meeting will be held on:
SATURDAY 2ND MARCH 2024 1100 at Tamesis Sailing Club.
Club opens: 1000. AGM Start time: 1100. Lunch: 1300
The AGM will be followed by the Annual Discussion Forum. The Discussion Forum will be followed by the 2023 Prize giving.
All documents for the AGM will be posted on the Association's website (AGM documents) prior to the meeting.
Please use this page to register your intention to attend the AGM in person or virtually and also book tickets for lunch. Multiple people from each boat may attend but please remember there is only one vote per boat. Virtual attendance will be using the 'Zoom' platform. Full details of how to join virtually will be provided to those that have registered to attend via Zoom.
Lunch tickets must be booked by 23rd February. Registration for attendance via zoom must be completed by 29th February. It is not mandatory to register to attend in person but will help with administration of the AGM.

Beef Bourguignon with Tagliatelle and broccoli
Braised Lamb Shank with Bubble & Squeak and broccoli
Dessert:
Apple Tarte Tatin with Vanilla Ice Cream
Rhubarb Crumble with Custard
