Contessa32 BOUDICCA
18000 or best offer
Where? Cowes , Isle of Wight
We bought her in Sep 2021, she was in a yard in Portsmouth and not in great condition, full of junk. She has been around the world as Ianda. The survey report from Rozel Marine done at the time gives an indication.
We have since undertaken to improve her and each year something big has been done to address the points Robin Milledge included in his report.

The sails are ok but not new, there is a Dacron mainsail (Sanders) and a spare mainsail, a racing jib and a cruising jib with UV strip, plus a storm sail and 2 kites. I think there are a few more old sails with Tim. I dont have pictures of the sails other than the pictures of her under sail.
She has an inner forestay, that can be attached on deck. A spinnaker boom as well as a whisker pole that needs a repair on the beak, and a Raymarine autopilot arm (which has not been installed as yet). Anchor and anchor chain in the anchor locker and a windlass for the anchor on deck. Tim always ays that she is faster than his other Contessa :-)
Works that I would plan for are:
- re-sealing of the side windows
- Inside wood work
- Cushions – we have the templates drawn
- Cockpit – replace wooden seating
- Install instruments to connect to the new wiring
- Painting top and hull
She is good and strong but not finished, and we would be happy to consider a reasonable offer. She is insured and at moment in Island Marine in East Cowes and can be hauled out for inspection with some advance notice.
