We are delighted that you are considering joining the CONTESSA CLASS ASSOCIATION.

The Annual Membership Fee is £20 and can be paid by cheque or Bankers Standing Order.  (Unfortunately we don't have the Administration resources to deal with Credit Cards)

A Banker's Order requires your signature on an "application form" so we would be grateful if you could fill one out.

There are three ways of doing this:

	Contact the Hon. Treasurer and a form will be sent.
	Go to the Application Page and print off a form; or
	Download a form in MICROSOFT WORD format for you to use.
